These are permanent positions from day one, meaning you will be employed directly by our client, who holds contracts across a large number of Rio Tinto mine sites throughout WA.
This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term position working across established Rio Tinto operations, with the potential to work across multiple sites depending on project and operational requirements.

- Experience with service and maintenance across domestic and commercial sites
- Have the ability to undertake a medical
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience out of your apprenticeship
- Have the ability to undertake a National Police Check
- Ability to work well in a team environment
All successful candidates who meet the above criteria will be contacted to arrange an initial telephone interview with the client.
If both parties are happy to proceed following the initial call, a Microsoft Teams interview will then be arranged.
Once the interview has been successfully completed and client approval has been received, you will commence the mobilisation process. This will include completing all required Rio Tinto inductions, including both classroom and online training.
The typical mobilisation timeframe from initial approval through to receiving a flight date to site is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the completion of all required medicals, inductions, training and site requirements.
