Techforce are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join a global Tier 1 client, working across multiple Rio Tinto camp sites throughout Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with solid camp maintenance and NPI experience to step into a secure, permanent role with an industry leader.
 
About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians delivering service and maintenance works across camp facilities. This includes overseeing village infrastructure, utilities, and critical NPI assets to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

• 3 - 5 years' mining experience would be advantageous 
• 2 years as an Electrical supervisor
• Strong background in NPI operations including village, aerodrome, water treatment, and power generation
• Previous Camp Site NPI maintenance experience essential
• Engineering qualification and/or electrical trade background

• Previous supervisory experience (2 years) 
• WA Electrical Licence
• First Aid (valid within 3 years)
• CPR/LVR (valid within 1 year)
• Working Safely at Heights
• Confined Spaces
• National Police Clearance
• WA Driver's Licence
• Section 26 - Desirable (client will support training)
• Electrical Nominee - Desirable
• Rio Tinto Inductions - Desirable (client will support training)
• Ability to work on an 8:6 roster
