- Contribute to the design and planning processes
- Support the Operations team with estimating, project controls, and scope development
- Manage subcontractors and develop subcontractor agreements
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in construction projects, primarily in water and wastewater sectors in SE QLD
- Proven experience delivering self-perform Design & Construct (D&C) projects
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and developing scope of works
- Skilled in developing subcontractor agreements and project schedules
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
