About the Role:
As a 777 Dump Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment while contributing to the overall productivity of the mining operation.
You will be required to:
- Operate 777 Dump Trucks or equivalent heavy haul equipment
- Safely and efficiently carry out production activities
- Operate production machinery in accordance with site procedures
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity and environmental standards
- Work effectively as part of a professional mining team
- Follow all site safety protocols, procedures and instructions
- Adapt to remote mine site conditions and FIFO requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a dump truck operator in a mining environment
- Proven proficiency operating 777 Dump Trucks or equivalent heavy haul equipment
- Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Multi-Combination (MC) driver's licence
- Current National Police Clearance
- Previous production mining experience
- Ability to work effectively on a 2:2 FIFO roster
- Strong commitment to safety and productivity
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off FIFO roster
