Equipment Experience You’ll work across a range of mobile crushing and screening equipment, including:
- Terex Finlay
- Powerscreen
- Metso
- Striker
- Telestack
- Other mobile track-mounted crushing and screening equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, DC electrical and hydraulic faults.
- Complete breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Strip down, rebuild and overhaul crushing and screening equipment.
- Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems and associated components.
- Conduct servicing, inspections and planned maintenance activities.
- Utilise diagnostic tools to identify faults and improve equipment reliability.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Work collaboratively within a tight-knit maintenance team to minimise downtime.
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant / Mechanical).
- Experience working on mobile track-mounted crushing and screening equipment.
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Solid hydraulic and DC electrical knowledge.
- Experience with diesel engines and mobile plant maintenance.
- Strong safety focus and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HR Driver’s Licence.
- National Police Clearance (site dependent).
- High Risk Forklift Licence.
- Previous experience within mining, quarrying, or heavy industry environments.
- Rigging Licence
