We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Contracts Administrator to join their team, working a unique hybrid roster that blends site-based work in the Pilbara with time in their modern Perth office.

About the Role:
As the Contracts Administrator, you will be the commercial backbone of key construction and utilities projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for protecting the project's financial health and contractual integrity from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end subcontractor lifecycle, from procurement and negotiation to managing payments, claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs).
- Driving financial performance through accurate forecasting, robust cost control, and detailed monthly progress claims.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risks before they impact the project.
- Acting as the commercial right-hand to the Project Manager, providing expert advice and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
You are a detail-oriented and pragmatic professional with a strong understanding of the construction or utilities landscape. You are a natural negotiator and problem-solver who thrives on managing the commercial complexities of major projects.
You will have:
- A degree or formal qualification in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (highly preferred).
- Proven expertise in procurement and contract management within the construction or utilities sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience preparing and managing claims, variations, and EOTs.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for financial modelling and reporting.
- The ability to work autonomously and build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and senior leadership.
