Be a critical part of the project planning and mobilisation in the head office before project delivery on site transitioning to FIFO 2/1 roster.
What You Will Do:
- Overall leadership and management of site construction activities.
- Planning and delivery of project construction strategies, methodologies and work package instructions.
- SOW - including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation.
- Provide leadership to supervisors, subcontractors and project team.
- Promote strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all statutory and legislative requirements.
- Manage project progress, costs and resourcing requirements.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure a high standard of quality assurance and construction delivery.
- Lead commissioning and handover activities with project stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Thorough project progress reporting & performance outcomes.
- Proven Construction Management experience with multidisciplinary construction including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and commissioning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage large workforces and subcontractor teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
