SOW - Bulk & detailed earthworks projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and supervise daily activities across site services teams
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures
- Schedule and allocate tasks, labour, and resources
- Liaise with site management and contractors to coordinate work
- Identify and report hazards, issues, and maintenance requirements
- Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
- Minimum 2 years Civil Construction supervisory experience
- S26 qualification - DMIRS Exam
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors
- Demonstrated strong safety focus
- Technical knowledge of construction and civil processes
- Effective team leadership by displaying skillful communication, technical expertise, promotion of key business values and ability to mentor and coach employees
- Strong work ethic and commitment to promoting positive culture.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to all safety protocols.
