Techforce Personnel are seeking experienced Underground Charge Up Crew members for ongoing FIFO positions on a 2:2 roster

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable mining contractor and work on long-term projects with flights paid from major capital cities. You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting critical underground operations

The ideal candidate will be experienced with:

• Working as part of a Charge Up Crew in an underground hard rock mining environment
• Adhering to mine site safety protocols and procedures
• Charge development headings and stopes in line with blast plans
• Handle explosives safely and in compliance with site procedures
• Conduct inspections and misfire management
• Liaising Communicating effectively with Shift Supervisors and team members

• Previous experience in an underground Charge Up Crew role (essential)
• Dangerous Goods Security Card & Shotfirer's License (WA)
• Proven charge-up experience in underground mines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision 
• Valid Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
• Current National Police Clearance (within 6–12 months)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• C Class Manual Driver’s License (HR highly regarded)
• Full Australian working rights
