What You’ll Need (or be ready to lock in):
- Australian Trade Certificate (non-negotiable!)
- WA Electrical Licence or Refrigerant Handling Licence (depending on your trade)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- CPR / LVR
- First Attack Fire
- First Aid
- Construction White Card
- Working at Heights & Confined Spaces
- RIO / BHP / FMG Inductions (nice to have, not essential!)
- National Police Clearance
- You’ll also need to pass a pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol screening.
