- Perform scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Carry out breakdown repairs on underground mobile mining equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults.
- Complete component change-outs including engines, transmissions, axles and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure equipment is operating safely.
- Work collaboratively with operators, supervisors and the maintenance team.
- Comply with all site safety procedures and company policies.

- Epiroc / Atlas Copco equipment
- Caterpillar underground equipment
- Normet utility vehicles
- Volvo and Toyota underground support vehicles
- Australian recognised Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic / HD Fitter trade qualification.
- Previous underground mining experience preferred.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen.
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
