Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of production mining equipment including diggers and ancillary mobile plant
- Support load and haul operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-start inspections, hazard identification, and routine equipment checks
- Follow all site safety systems, procedures, and operational requirements
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to maintain safe and productive operations
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years production mining experience required
- Experience operating excavators in production mining
- Valid Standard 11 (S11)
- Valid Coal Board Medical
- Training transcripts required
- Clean NPC (within 6 months)
- Strong safety focus and ability to work in a team environment
- Must be available for rostered FIFO/DIDO work
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Current driver's license
- Strong communication and adherence to site procedures
