About the Role
Working closely with our Australian recruitment team, you'll play a key role in sourcing and engaging skilled candidates for some of Australia's leading mining, engineering and industrial companies.
We'd love to hear from recruiters with experience in:
- Australian mining recruitment
- FIFO recruitment
- Shutdown recruitment
- Trades and technical recruitment
- Blue-collar labour hire
- Workforce solutions and labour hire agencies servicing the Australian market
- Source high-quality candidates for mining, shutdown, maintenance and construction roles across Australia.
- Recruit trades and blue-collar personnel including Mechanical Fitters, HD Fitters, Electricians, Boilermakers, Operators, Riggers, Scaffolders, Supervisors and other skilled trades.
- Conduct candidate interviews and phone screens.
- Build talent pools using SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Write detailed candidate profiles and present suitable candidates to the recruitment team.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Advertise vacancies and proactively headhunt passive candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within JobAdder and other recruitment systems.
- Previous recruitment experience supporting Australian clients.
- Proven experience recruiting within the Australian mining, resources, construction or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of blue-collar and trades recruitment.
- Experience recruiting FIFO and shutdown personnel will be highly regarded.
- Experience using JobAdder is highly regarded.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
